As another reviewer said, they were not true to size, I ordered half size smaller, ( 8.5 instead of 9) and they fit PERFECTLY. I've been wearing them all day and have no complaint so far. (I want to thank that person for the help). As mine fit very good, the place where the laces are do not rub or do any damage to my skin. They look soooo in fashion. The heel is exactly 3" high. Easy walking shoes.Highly recomended. Oh, just in case you wondered, I ordered the black ones and have a better leather finish than the picture shows.
